Terre Rouge (2015) is the result of a return to basics for the members of the group who, after months spent on the road, wanted to return to basics and concentrate solely on creation for a while. It was therefore at home, on Prince Edward Island, that they chose not only to carry out a creative retreat during which they were able to work with various musicians, dancers and researchers/historians, but also to record their new album in a professional studio set up in an old farm house. From this fertile soil, enriched with French-speaking, Native American (Micmac) and Celtic roots, sprouted the inspiration which led to the creation of Terre Rouge pieces, a pure product of the Acadian terroir, a combination of traditional Acadian flavors and sounds and Celtic, and original contemporary and dynamic creations, brilliantly rendered by this trio of multi-instrumentalists. Its title also refers to the color of the soil of Prince Edward Island, where two of the members of the group come from, and also to that of the Magdalen Islands where the third member of the group comes from. , Pascal Miousse, as well as the director of this album, the renowned Éloi Painchaud. Terre Rouge, un pur produit du terroir acadien, une combinaison de saveurs et de sonorités traditionnelles acadiennes et celtiques, et de créations originales contemporaines et dynamiques, rendues avec brio par ce trio de multi-instrumentistes. Son titre fait d’ailleurs référence à la couleur du sol de l’Île du Prince-Édouard, d’où sont originaires deux des membres du groupe, et aussi à celui des Îles de la Madeleine d’où provient le troisième membre du groupe, Pascal Miousse, de même que le réalisateur de cet album, le réputé Éloi Painchaud.
